You might be asking yourself - why work with me? There are plenty of photographers around, there's no doubt about that. However, I do things a little bit differently. I guess you could call me a bit old fashioned... you see, I really like colour. Not in your face, unrealistic hues, but the gorgeous colours present in skin, hair, the sunset, the autumn leaves in the background. As much as I appreciate those lovely muted tones that are currently all the rage in editing, I'm conscious of the fact that in 10 years time, even 30 years time, you're going to look at those images and wonder what colour was my hair back then? what colour were my daughter's eyes when she was a baby? Was it spring? was it autumn when those images were taken? Memories fade, which is why photography is important! when we record your special day or your family portrait, we're recording moments in time. 

Not only do I actually like colour, but I also deliver your images in physical form rather than via an online gallery. Of course, I do offer digital prints, but they are not standard inclusions. When I say that a package includes images, they will be printed by a professional print lab on finest quality, fade resistant paper. Ready to mount or frame and display for years to come. Why do I offer printed images rather digital? Well, I'll let you in on a dirty little secret. I don't have a photo album of baby or childhood pics for either of my children and they're now 10 and 14! What I do have is a ton of folders on harddrives which i keep meaning to have printed, but you know what it's like. Life is busy and time flies and next thing you know your baby is in high school and you still haven't printed those photos! I bet you have a ton of digital photo albums too. As a professional photographer, however, I have access to professional labs which won't distort and oversaturate your images (like chain store printers). I deliver your images beautifully packaged and ready to display, so you don't need to worry about finding the time or the lab to do it yourself.
